week 20/2

Week 20 continued

Week 20

Whew! Grandma and Grandpa Pfeiffer. They are always on the move. I got to stay with my very own Grandma Pfeiffer all week while mommy was at work. Mommy missed out, Grandma and I had so much fun. I love her so-o-o-o-oo-000 much. Sunday, Mommy and Daddy promised God that they would take care of me and teach me all about God. Mommy doesn't know but I can still see angels, and I already know that God is taking care of us all. Mommy and Daddy also decided that they would redidicate themselves to God, John the Baptist style. The song that grandma sang to me all week outside in the rocker, played during my dedication. They sounded almost the same. God does have a sense of humor. The Dress that I wore, was handmade by my very own other grandma Rose. Everyone said that it was beautiful. What a wonderful week.

Grandma's here!

Grandma's here! I am having so much fun learning and playing. I learned how to reach up high when someone's says, "So Big" and I am working on waving good bye. I am also loving all the toys grandma brought me to play with. My friend Melissa, bought me my first teddy bear. His name is Fozzy. He always plays peek-a-boo with me and tells me jokes.

More Family Pics!

My mommy's brother, Uncle Kenny, is funny. He likes to scratch my toes. It makes me smile.
Grandma RoRo is always up to something. She listens to me. I love to tell her stories. We can go on for hours.

Watch me ROLL OVER!

At first, I was a wee bit frustrated, (I loathe tummy time) but then I was happy because I did it. I don't know what I did, but my mommy was really happy that I did it!

Week 15

I am going to skip some weeks just because I want to update you on the latest and greatest. I have mastered tummy time. And I can Roll OVER from front to back. I can also eat my toes, they are delicious. Mommy loves it when I take out my passie all by myself and then try to put it in. Let's just say I have discoverd all of my passie. And best of all, I love to laugh....I will giggle and it makes mommy and daddy laugh. Oh yeah, I met another uncle, uncle Kenny. He is A number one, fabulous. We all went on this big grey boat called the Yorktown. Daddy had so much fun pressing ALL of the buttons.

Week Seven

This week I made a new friend. Miss Jane Corrin. She is very sweet, loves to share, and LOVES to drool. She told me that she is growing two new things in her mouth. She gave me some tips and said to put everything in my mouth. I am working on some new tricks. Mommy keeps telling me that I have discovered my hands. This must be good because it makes her smile when I stop everything and look at them. They are pretty neat though. They move when I tell them to and they can hold on to stuff. They make one of my favorite toys make noise.

Week Six

I finally met another one of my uncles. Uncle David. He is super silly and makes me laugh. His wife, Therese, knows a lot about children my age. I was a little bit smarter after she left. While they were here, we went to the beach. I learned about sand, saltwater, and piers. Daddy and Uncle David fished off the pier. Daddy said they had fun. We also went walked around downtown Charleston, and I got to eat on top of a roof. It was a beautiful day.

4th of July

I had a great 4th of July. My uncle Chris came down and we went and watched fireworks at Patriots Point. I slept through all of them, but later on the way home I heard they were very pretty.

Week Four Pittsburgh

Wow. What a fun week. This week my mommy, daddy, Igloo, Q-ball and me all went to Pittsburgh. We drove! The ride only took 12 or so hours. I slept most of the time in the car, and woke up to eat from this strange thing that mommy stuck in my mouth. I liked it though...I did not have to work so hard to get my grub. When we finally got to grandma's house, there were lots of people there. That's when I met my Grandpa for the first time. My daddy said our meeting was the pinnacle of his life. It all seemed very special. Grandpa smiles all the time and looks like daddy but older. Grandpa is always happy and makes me smile too. He loves to take pictures.
I met so many wonderful people on my first vacation, including my uncle Chris. He is funny and no matter where he is in the house I can hear him. His voice makes me smile. He sounds like daddy. He teaches me how to rest on my tummy.
Every day was packed full of activity. I felt like a little rock star.
I have been learning everyday and everyone tells me I am going to be real smart. I love to be held by anyone if they'll make those funny noises. I love to copy faces. I am working on sticking out my tongue and smiling.
I took my first sink bath this week. It was full of bubbles...I love to take baths.

Week Three

I just met Grandma Pfeiffer! She is wonderful. She loves to hold me. She tells me stories and sings to me. I can tell that I make her giggle and smile. We have fun looking at each other and rocking in the rocking chair. Grandma Pfeiffer is going to teach me how to shop. I don't know what that is, but boy does she make it sound fun.
Daddy is great. He gives me baths, tells me stories, sings to me, and reads to me. He loves to hold me while we watch TV.
Mommy is tired a lot. But when I wake her up at two or three in the morning, we go into my room and rock while I eat. We look at each other and I always fall right back to sleep. I think mommy really loves me.

Week Two

I love my aunt and my grandmother very much. They have helped momy so much. I have been eating every 45 minutes, then I take a nap. Eating can take a lot out of ya. Things are still a little fuzzy and I can't quite make out images, but I love bright colors and faces. My favorite part of the day is when mommy wraps me up tight in my blanket and then lets someone hold me close to their heart.
There are two family members that I am quite fond of, they like to lick my face and hands. They don't look like the rest of the family, but they are interesting to look at, being black and white and all.
I keep hearing about Grandma and Grandpa Pfeiffer, I can't wait to meet them. They'll be here soon.
